Claire Williams is the principal lawyer at Justice Crew Legal Services. Claire was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2007. She now has over 12 years of legal experience in the private, community and government sectors.
Claire believes that whilst high technical standards and good preparation are essential, the practice of law should focus on people. Claire is down to earth and approachable, and will work hard to ensure the best possible results for each of her clients.
Claire has a background in disability services and is an experienced advocate for those with complex needs. She has a strong commitment to human rights, in particular children’s rights, and social justice. Claire was the 2019 recipient of the Kath Nielsen Award in recognition of her outstanding contribution to Peninsula Community Legal Centre.
Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Victoria University. Taylor was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of Victoria in 2018. Taylor joined Justice Crew Legal Services at the beginning of 2018 and has appeared in the Magistrates Court at various locations, the Federal Circuit Court, the Family Court and the County Court.
Taylor has a particular interest in family law and is studying her Masters of Family Law.
Having grown up on the Mornington Peninsula, Taylor is involved in the community and is aware of its unique needs. She is a strong advocate and takes great pride in her work and ensuring positive outcomes for clients.

Elizabeth graduated from Melbourne University in 2008 with a Bachelor or Arts and Bachelor of Laws. Elizabeth was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of Victoria in 2018. Before moving into private practice, Elizabeth worked in the community sector for 10 years.
Elizabeth has experience working in both community service organisations and community legal centres.
Elizabeth enjoys supporting her clients to navigate what can at times be a complex and overwhelming legal system.
Jemima has a wide variety of legal administration experience having worked across a number of different law firms for the last 13 years.
Jemima has a particular interest in supporting our lawyers and clients with the procedural and administrative work of family law matters.
