PERSONAL SAFETY INTERVENTION ORDERS
If you have been assaulted, harassed, threatened, stalked, or had your property damaged, you can make an application. A Personal Safety Intervention Order protects a person, their children, and their property from another person who is not considered a family member.
Personal Safety Interventions Orders are sometimes known as Restraining Orders or Apprehended Violence Orders in other State and Territories.
